I made a recent visit to TT’s Brewery and BBQ located in Spokane Valley, WA. This was a completely unplanned, unscheduled stop. It’s been soooo long since I’ve been able to go to a brewery and have a craft beer and some food. I was very excited! It was raining and a bit chilly outside. As I parked, I noticed they have a place to pick up “to go” orders like many places now a days. If you are going to go there in the near future, be sure to wear a mask! You can see in the picture, there are several beers to choose from with prices from $4.50 to $6.00. They also offer Trailbreaker Cider and N/A Hopped Seltzer. I love dark beers, so I had the Painted Hills Coconut Porter. It was a very tasty porter with a nice coconut finish. I really liked that I was able to order a 1/2 pint. There were many food options available to include just the meat and side(s), a sandwich and side(s) and various sizes of platters. Take a look on their website ttsbrewerybbq.com. I ordered a brisket sandwich with a side of Mac and Cheese. This also came with some pickles and pickled red onion. There was a full bottle of BBQ sauce on the table, so I could use as much as I wanted! The brisket was amazing! Very tender and delicious. I recommend a visit here for some good brews and BBQ!
